Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or, if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Our sauces are considered perishable goods and cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds/ Replacements
Less than 1% of our shipments get damaged during shipping, but If a bottle breaks during shipping, please email us immediately at orders@emmalines.com with pictures of the shipping label/package along with a picture of the broken bottle(s). We will happily replace your bottles or refund your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
