Ultimate Burrito using Emmaline's All Natural Hot Sauces

- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers or hot peppers (any color)
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- 4 large tortillas (choose from whole wheat, gluten-free, or your favorite type)

- Optional for vegan: 1 avocado, sliced 

- Optional for meat lovers: Cooked chicken, beef, or pork, shredded or diced
- Emmaline's All Natural Hot Sauce

1. In a large skillet, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell peppers and sauté until softened.
2. Add the black beans, corn, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
4. Spoon the rice and bean mixture onto each tortilla. Add avocado slices for vegan option or cooked meat for meat lovers.
5. Drizzle with Emmaline's All Natural Hot Sauce.
6. Roll up the tortillas, tucking in the sides, to form burritos.
