Autumn Harvest Salad with Spicy Dressing:

  • Ingredients:

    • Roasted butternut squash cubes
    • Pomegranate seeds
    • Candied pecans or walnuts
    • Crumbled goat cheese (optional)
  • Spicy Dressing:

    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

    • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Instructions:

    1. Toss together the mixed greens, sliced fruit, roasted butternut squash, pomegranate seeds, and candied nuts in a large salad bowl.
    2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Emmaline's Hot Sauce, honey or maple syrup, salt, and pepper to create the spicy dressing.
